	Our homes in the Reno area of Nevada have separate living room, dining room, or great room use. Spacious shelving is built in for plants or nic knacks as shown in the upper portion of the example on the left. Can you imagine being retired and living in Nevada with you friends and family gathered around this great dining area for Thanksgiving dinner?
The photograph on the right depicts the spacious living area of our new homes in the Reno area of Nevada. This area will be one of the most important pieces of "real estate" in your house! We have paid special attention to every detail, right down to providing a space above the fireplace for your television. This view looks towards the dining area and on into the kitchen. Notice the arched doorways which are standard throughout. And if you look closely at the sunlit carpet just below the coffee table, you will see how much attention we have paid to lighting your new home with plenty of windows.
	And here is another room with lot's of light from outside! Note the vaulted ceilings which add to the space of the room. Spacious master bedrooms include attached (not show) baths with complete showers and two wash basins. Many of our homes in the Vista Ridge subdivision located in Sparks Nevada have wonderful views. If you look closely, you can see the snow capped Sierra Nevada mountains through the windows in this photograph. Great place for skiing and only thirty minutes away. And Lake Tahoe is close by! It also looks like the cleaning lady forgot to put the bedside book stand back on the floor before this picture was taken!
